Traction's Top 4 Readers' Choice Winners

On July 20th, The Oklahoman distributed its 15th annual Readers' Choice Winners supplement, wherein readers of The Oklahoman voted on their favorite people, places and things in and around Oklahoma City. The top 5 vote-getters in each of 177 categories are listed in the supplement. Winners from 51 of the 177 categories are recognized with a short feature story.

But, the big news is three Traction clients received top honors, with one receiving an additional Top 5 notice, and another receiving a lone Top 5 nod. So without further ado, Traction's Top 4 List of Readers' Choice Winners, in alphabetical order.

Traction's Top 10 List of New Warehouse Art

What's the point of officing in a big, modern, colorful Warehouse if you don't bedeck it with big, colorful, modern art? It's almost blasphemous not to. Which is precisely why we set out searching for local artists willing to use Traction as their industrial canvas. Not surprisingly, it wasn't too difficult to talk two of our favorites - Mark Wyatt and Betty Refour - into using Warehouse127 as their dynamic showrooms.

In all, we're displaying nearly two dozen of the artists' pieces throughout the building.

The votes are in, and national jewelry industry publication Instore Magazine recently named B. C. Clark Jewelers one of "America's Coolest Stores.

This has led to an Internet so overcrowded with social media tools, it looks like Mount Olympus on Polytheism Day.
